? Latest Update on EU POPs Regulation: UV-328 Officially Restricted – List Expanded to 31 Substances!
On July 15, 2025, the European Commission published the amended regulation (EU) 2025/843, formally adding UV-328 to the restricted substances list under the POPs Regulation. The new regulation took effect on August 4, 2025. With this update, the EU POPs restricted substances list now covers 31 items (excluding the draft substance Dechlorane Plus).

✅ Civil/military aircraft & spare parts (until December 31, 2030)
✅ Specific medical devices & instruments (until end of service life)
